A space for you to explore a journey of inner healing. I work within your energy field with a 'hands off' approach as I act as a channel for the Reiki energy to flow through.
I work intuitively and with the intention of grounding and rebalancing. Reiki therapy works within your subtle energies such as your aura and Chakras. Reiki is a massage for the soul! It brings balance to our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Reiki outdoors is magical as, you feel grounded on the Earth and enjoy the relaxing experience of Nature whilst allowing yourself to feel into the Reiki energy.

Distant Reiki is exactly the same except I’m not in person, I like to connect via video call prior to say hi and discuss the session.
I currently offer these sessions for 20 minutes.
